Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Civil Litigation Attorney in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a seasoned litigator who excels in a fast-paced environment and is prepared to manage a comprehensive caseload from intake to resolution.

Duties

• Handle diverse civil, corporate, and commercial litigation cases.
• Represent clients in Federal and State Court, EEOC, and other agencies.
• Litigate employment matters, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterparts.
• Draft pleadings, conduct depositions, attend mediations, and appear in court.
• Maintain a billable minimum of 35+ hours per week.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of civil trial experience.
• Licensed to practice in Florida.
• Strong background in employment law and federal/state litigation.
• Proven legal research and writing skills.
• Experience in Federal and State Business Court preferred.
• Existing book of business is a plus, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and computer skills.
