A law firm seeks a dedicated Family Law Attorney in Annapolis, MD. The successful candidate will represent clients in various family law matters, including prenuptial agreements, divorce, alimony, and child support. Duties

• Communicate with senior partners and paralegals to advance civil litigation processes.
• Manage the division of marital assets during divorce proceedings.
• Advocate for clients by understanding their needs and developing strategic plans.
• Create legal documents for a high volume of cases.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date client files.

Requirements

• Ability to represent both plaintiff and defendant sides.
• Licensed to practice law in Maryland and in good standing.
• Experience with at least 30 hearings or trials in the Circuit Court.
• Consulted with or represented at least 200 family law clients.
• Knowledge of family law practice in Maryland counties.

Education

• Bachelor's degree with a legal background.
• J.D. degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Maryland.

Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and mental toughness.
• Ability to delegate tasks to paralegals and legal assistants.
