Location

Duties

• Manage a full caseload of litigated personal injury cases

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Attend and argue at depositions, court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations

• Engage in settlement negotiations and pre-trial planning

• Work with clients, medical professionals, and expert witnesses to support case development

• Provide oversight and direction to paralegals and legal support staff

• Maintain detailed case files and documentation in compliance with legal standards

• Deliver proactive, consistent communication with clients

Requirements

• 1–3 years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury or civil litigation

• Experience handling depositions, mediations, and motion practice

• Ability to manage a litigation docket independently and effectively

• Strong communication and client-relations skills

• Proficiency in case management and legal documentation

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active and in good standing with the California State Bar

Skills

• Strong oral and written advocacy

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
