Duties:

• Represent clients in complex antitrust litigation and regulatory matters.
• Draft and review legal briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
• Participate in discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
• Provide counsel on antitrust issues related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.
• Analyze legal precedents and apply findings to current cases.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategies and legal solutions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of developments in antitrust law and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist in settlement negotiations and prepare related documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in antitrust litigation or merger control.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience with legal drafting, including motions, briefs, and discovery documents.
• Proven ability to handle complex legal issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility to gain admission.
