A law firm seeks a Case Development Intake Attorney in Corpus Christi, TX. The attorney will manage a docket of approximately 50 cases, working closely with a case manager to investigate and develop cases, secure evidence, and communicate with clients and adjusters.

Duties

• Investigate and develop commercial cases.
• Manage client communications and case status updates.
• Secure accident reports and evidence.
• Prepare and submit case reviews.
• Handle property damage claims.
• Act as liaison between management and adjusters.
• Participate in after-hours client sign-ups.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 0-3 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Valid TX driver license and good driving record.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Licensed in Texas and in good standing

Skills

• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and effective communicator.
• Ability to motivate and energize support staff.
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus).
