A law firm seeks a litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience to join its Proposition 65 practice in San Francisco, CA. This role is part of a nationally-recognized Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions group and requires admission to practice in California.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal documents, including briefs and motions.
• Assist in managing complex cases from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies.
• Participate in court hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Engage in professional development and community involvement.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in an AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in California.
