Duties:

• Manage and drive cases through all phases of litigation.
• Draft and supervise briefs, discovery, and motions.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.

• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys to help them grow in their practice.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, focusing on trademark and trade secret litigation.
• Experience in patent or commercial litigation is a plus but not required.
• A demonstrated ability to manage complex cases independently.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Education:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, particularly trademark and trade secrets.
• Experience in litigation and managing high-stakes cases.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior attorneys.
