Requirements

• 5 years of private equity experience.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.

• Admitted to practice in the state of Illinois.
