Duties

• Provide legal guidance to clients regarding their rights and options in debtor/creditor disputes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute effective case strategies.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or both.
• Experience in state court litigation is essential.
• Background in debtor/creditor law or collection-related matters is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload with minimal supervision.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or both.
