Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in New York, with eligibility in federal court.

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience handling tort matters.

• A strong record of success in jury trials is preferred.

• Familiarity with New York procedural law, pretrial strategies, and discovery practice.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.

• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to client needs.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.

• Admission to U.S. District Courts in New York preferred.

Skills

• Expertise in premises liability, construction accidents, elevator accidents, motor vehicle liability, products liability, industrial and municipal liability, contractual indemnity, wrongful death, and complex damages.

• Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills, including experience with summary judgment and appeals.

• Advanced legal analysis and problem-solving abilities.

• Technological proficiency in digital litigation tools.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
