• Conduct legal research and drafting.
• Facilitate filings through state and federal filing portals.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in the State of Florida.
• Experience in a law office setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and case management software.
• Working knowledge of federal and state court e-filing portals.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
