Job Overview: A law firm is currently seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney to join its team in a hybrid office/remote role. The Immigration Attorney will be responsible for managing various immigration-related legal matters, including visas and immigration law cases. This is a full-time position that requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in immigration law and regulations.

Location:

• Fairfax, VA

Duties:

• Handle a wide range of immigration law cases, including visas, green cards, and naturalization.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on various immigration-related matters.
• Prepare and file legal documents related to immigration cases.
• Communicate with clients to assess their needs and provide timely updates on case progress.
• Stay up to date on changes in immigration law and regulations.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff.
• Represent clients in immigration court and other legal proceedings when necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling immigration cases.
• In-depth knowledge of immigration law, regulations, and procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or LLM from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Bar admission (must be licensed to practice law in the state).
