Duties

• Prepare correspondence and legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings or other legal proceedings.
• Provide general counsel under the supervision of senior associate attorneys.
• Communicate with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case handling.

Requirements

• Active member of the American Bar Association (ABA).
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of the bar exam.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership.

Skills

• Ability to collaborate with senior attorneys to serve client needs and expand the client base.
