The candidate will work in multiple practice areas, with a potential focus in corporate law, estate planning, and litigation. Duties include legal research, tracking of hearing dates/times, fielding incoming inquiry calls regarding legal services, preparation and filing of legal documents and correspondence, and drafting and filing of pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and client communication. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and organization skills, ability to analyze and interpret business and legal communication, understanding of legal terminology, exceptional written and verbal communication, accurate keyboarding, ability to manage high work volume, and exceptional analysis and time management skills. Position requires Associate Degree and 2 years related experience, with preference given to Bachelor’s degree.
