Duties

• Handle cases from inception through trial.
• Collaborate with clients and a professional team to address legal needs.
• Review potential new cases regularly.
• Develop a personal client base and referral sources.
• Participate in trial lawyer associations at various levels.

Requirements

• Active membership in the California Bar.
• 7+ years of experience in civil litigation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong writing skills for complex briefings and court hearings.
• Organizational skills to manage caseload and delegate tasks.
• Ability to work in-office in Los Angeles.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar License.

Skills

• Experience in personal injury litigation.
• Trial experience preferred.
