Duties

• Represent financial institutions in asset-backed securitization and structured lending transactions.
• Engage in esoteric capital markets securitization and structured private credit facilities.
• Collaborate on whole business, digital infrastructure, and media royalty securitizations.

Requirements

• 4-7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with financial institutions as issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, sellers, and/or purchasers.
• Interest in esoteric securitization and structured finance.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Previous large law firm experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New York.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
