The candidate will be researching and analyzing the law on complex legal issues. Writing memorandums, briefs, letters, and other documents. Marketing your and the firm’s services to prospective clients. Performing discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information in preparation for litigation. Performing due diligence in all matters. Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school is required. Should have 3+ years of experience. Should preferably have 5+ years of experience. Significant and successful trial experience is required. Successful record of mediation experience is required. Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the State Bar is required.
