The candidate must demonstrate a strong academic background, exceptional communication and writing skills, and a proven ability to manage all phases of litigation with minimal partner supervision.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.
• Handle complex commercial and business litigation matters, with a specific emphasis on bankruptcy court proceedings.
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, third-party discovery, and brief writing.
• Collaborate effectively with a legal team and provide support in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate proficiency in managing cases independently and proactively.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on bankruptcy court proceedings.
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Membership in good standing with the Massachusetts and Rhode Island and related federal Bars.
• Strong academic background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Law clerk experience, with exposure to deposition and courtroom proceedings.
• Second chair experience in complex litigation cases.

Skills:
