A law firm seeks a mid-level Regulatory Investigations, Strategy & Enforcement Associate in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with State Attorneys General, civil investigative demands, and multistate investigations, and will advise clients on regulatory enforcement matters and related litigation.

• Duties
• Respond to civil investigative demands and coordinate multistate investigations.
• Negotiate resolutions and advise on complex regulatory enforcement matters.
• Engage in internal investigations and related litigation.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
• Support strategic business development for the firm.

• Requirements
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with State Attorneys General preferred.
• Strong writing skills and publication record or aptitude for thought leadership.
• Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

• Certifications
• Bar admission in the relevant state.
