Duties

Requirements

• Active Florida Bar admission, in good standing; additional state licenses are a plus.
• 0-3 years of civil litigation/trial experience, with a preference for experience in debt collection and creditor rights.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and case management software.
• Strong courtroom presence and trial experience.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
