A law firm seeks a General Liability Pre-Suit Attorney for its Savannah, Georgia office. The role involves making critical decisions and contributing significantly to the firm's success. Duties

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily motor vehicle cases.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the GA State Bar Association.
• Personal injury experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals.
• Detail-oriented with an understanding of fact patterns.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active membership with the GA State Bar Association.
