Duties:

• Lead and manage a growing General Liability practice group.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align client strategies and business development goals.
• Utilize marketing and business development tools to expand your client base.
• Provide expert legal counsel in General Liability cases, ensuring top-tier client service.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, offering mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys.
• Manage client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of legal services.
• Actively contribute to firm-wide initiatives to increase brand presence and reputation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in General Liability law.
• Proven track record with an existing book of business.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a team.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and strategic vision.
• Ability to handle complex legal matters while delivering results.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar membership in the state of Florida (or eligibility for reciprocity).
