Requirements:

• Extensive experience and a strong background in bankruptcy law.

• Demonstrated ability to draft legal documents and negotiate settlements.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for resolving complex legal issues.
• Solid understanding of insolvency law and related legal areas.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of California.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the California State Bar (required).
