Duties

• Provide legal counsel to clients on real estate transactions, acquisitions, leases, and sales.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with team members and senior attorneys to develop strategies for client representation.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Ensure legal compliance in real estate and commercial matters.
• Prepare and review legal documents related to commercial transactions, property transfers, and leases.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial/transactional and real estate law.
• New Jersey Bar admission required; New York Bar admission preferred.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• New Jersey Bar admission (required).
• New York Bar admission (preferred).
