A law firm seeks an experienced Transactional Lawyer for its Charlotte, NC office to join the Structured Finance and Securitization Team within the Financial Services practice. The role involves representing issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance term and warehouse transactions.

Duties

• Represent issuers, underwriters, borrowers, and lenders in structured finance transactions.
• Engage in term and warehouse transactions within the financial services sector.

Requirements

• Three to four years of transactional experience, ideally with structured finance and/or securitization transactions.
• Excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills.

Education

• Law Degree

Certifications

• Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions.
