Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Technical Advisor to join the Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group on the Electrical Engineering & Software Team in Las Vegas NV office.

Qualifications

Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar

Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus

Wireless communication experience in 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards is desired but not required

Technical Advisor candidates will have 1-6 years of experience

Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities

The national average salary range for this Technical Advisor role is $95,000-$110,000. Starting salary will be determined based on location, qualifications and experience.
