Duties

• Advise high-net-worth clients on estate and tax planning strategies

• Draft complex trust agreements and related estate planning documents

• Provide counsel on charitable giving strategies and planning

• Manage estate and trust administration processes

• Coordinate with fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and financial advisors

• Oversee multiple active matters simultaneously with attention to timelines and detail

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of relevant law firm experience in trusts and estates

• Experience handling complex estate planning and administration for high-net-worth individuals

• Large or mid-size law firm background strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and client communication abilities

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic performance

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar

• Advanced legal drafting and analytical abilities

• Deep knowledge of estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax laws

• Precision and attention to detail in managing documentation and client deliverables

• Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize tasks efficiently
