The successful candidate will engage in a variety of corporate finance transactions, including senior and mezzanine debt, asset-based lending, cash flow, sponsor finance, unitranche, and junior capital transactions, as well as related workout matters.

Duties

• Participate in corporate finance transactions and related workout matters.
• Collaborate with team members to provide strategic legal counsel.
• Draft and review transaction documents and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.

Requirements

• Three to five years of corporate finance transactional experience at a large law firm.
• Texas bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Texas.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Top academic credentials.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Texas bar admission or eligibility.
