Duties

• Represent issuers, investors, and back leverage providers in asset-based and structured finance transactions.
• Manage components of transactions independently, including warehouse lending facilities and securitization matters.
• Collaborate with a diverse team on complex financing transactions.
• Engage in client-facing opportunities to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in asset-based and structured finance transactions.
• Experience with warehouse lending, forward flow transactions, and repurchase agreements.
• Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage associate teams effectively.
• Member of the State Bar of New York.
• Strong academic credentials and prior Big Law experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of New York.
