A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience as a practicing litigator, preferably with expertise in medical malpractice or healthcare law. The attorney will join a collaborative team environment, working alongside seasoned trial attorneys to deliver exceptional results for clients.

Duties

• Provide legal counsel and representation from pre-trial through trial.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Collaborate on case strategy with senior associates and partners.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.
• At least 7 years' experience in litigation, preferably in medical malpractice or healthcare law.
• Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Nevada State Bar.
