Duties:

  • Lead and manage business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and financings.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex corporate issues.
  • Review and interpret legal documents and agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting corporate clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney.
  • Extensive experience representing closely held businesses.
  • Strong understanding of entity formation, corporate governance, and contract law.
  • Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Admission to the Bar in Massachusetts.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar.
