Product Counsel
The candidate will play a key role in providing timely, concise and business-focused legal advice on payments law, including federal and state consumer financial laws and regulations like Regulation E; data privacy laws; consumer protection laws; and new rules, enforcement actions and other guidance coming out of agencies such as the CFPB and the FTC. Will have experience providing end-to-end legal advice throughout the product lifecycle. Understand how to facilitate collaboration with business, product, compliance and legal subject matter experts and are comfortable making decisions when conflict or differing opinions arise. Have a strong interest in, e-money, wallets, ecosystems, digital assets, mobile and alternative payments, emerging payments technology and the payments industry to be successful in this role.
