Duties

• Handle personal injury case files from start to finish.
• Evaluate potential claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients.
• Draft, review, and modify legal documents including claims and motions.
• Research case law and gather relevant evidence.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and medical providers.
• Negotiate agreements and settle on clients' behalf when appropriate.
• Represent clients at hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Document and update case files in the management system.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and state bar membership required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury cases (plaintiff preferred).
• Strong client-facing experience and clear communication skills.
• Case management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Preferential consideration for deposition, hearing, and mediation experience.
• Superior organization skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
