Decatur office of our client seeks litigation personal injury attorney with 3+ years of personal injury and/or nursing home experience. The candidate will handle a large and growing docket of cases. Will be handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases along with managing a staff member(s) working with the lawyer on the cases. Be supported by skilled legal assistant(s) who will help lead client communications, prepare documents, and all demands related to own cases. Focus on the proper workup of own cases in preparation for settlement or litigation. Must be Illinois Bar licensed associate. Familiarity with discovery and litigation and excellent research and writing skills required.
