Duties

• Develop and implement case strategies, advising clients accordingly.
• Draft substantive memoranda, including motions and appellate briefs.
• Manage discovery efforts, including drafting requests and responses.
• Collaborate with experts and manage document productions.
• Interact with clients and manage projects independently.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience in defending class action litigation preferred.
• Familiarity with federal and state privacy laws is advantageous.
• Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of employment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
