The candidate will support IP attorneys and paralegals in connection with all aspects of case management in the Data Privacy & Security Practice Group. Will have high level of calendar management. Daily timesheet review and editing. Pre-bill review and editing. Handle all word processing, including PDF to Word conversions, track changes and formatting. Finalize documents, correspondence, memos, reports, and addresses as per firm policy or instructions from legal staff. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Must have 3-5 years of administrative assistant experience. Exceptional technical skills are required, including knowledge of MS Word and Adobe Professional.
