Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3-5 years of experience specializing in employment and/or business litigation. Duties:

• Manage a caseload of litigation matters, primarily on employment and/or business disputes.
• Conducted legal research and drafted pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to strategize and develop case theories.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal developments.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment and/or business litigation.
• Demonstrated case management and deposition experience.
• Trial experience is considered advantageous.
• Strong research and writing skills, with proficiency in law and motion practice.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• In good standing with the California State Bar.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to and current good standing with the California State Bar.
