Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation matters related to Higher Education.

• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Previous experience in Higher Education law is preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and specialize in Higher Education practice area.
• Excellent academic background.
• Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Maryland Bar (MD Bar admission required).
