Duties

• Provide advice and counseling on labor and employment matters.
• Engage in labor and employment litigation.
• Handle public works and prevailing wage law issues.
• Conduct ERISA plan and fiduciary counseling and litigation.
• Manage document collection and review.
• Organize cases and respond to discovery.
• Draft pleadings and other legal briefs.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of labor and employment law experience.
• Strong management-side employment law experience.
• Excellent academic record.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Admission to the California Bar.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.
