Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing plaintiff-side personal injury and WC cases from intake through resolution. This position offers immediate case assignments and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact and gain experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of personal injury and workers compensation matters

• Conduct client intakes and maintain client communication

• Investigate claims, gather evidence, and develop legal strategies

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement demands

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense counsel

• Prepare cases for litigation, including trial preparation when necessary

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in CT and in good standing

• 3+ years of experience handling personal injury and WC cases preferred

• Trial experience is a plus

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team
