Strong drafting and analytical skills are essential, along with excellent time management abilities.

Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research and provide insightful analysis of relevant laws and precedents.
• Manage commercial litigation cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings and motions.
• Collaborate with clients, providing legal counsel and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Represent clients in court during hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Oversee the discovery process, including document review and deposition preparation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
