Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt finance.
• Experience with secured and unsecured lending.
• Familiarity with UCC secured transactions.
• Knowledge of leveraged finance and private capital.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in California.
