Duties

• Manage cases including written discovery and depositions.
• Draft and argue motions in court.
• Participate in trial work as a second chair.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Background in plaintiff-side asbestos litigation preferred.
• Experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, or product liability is desirable.
• Valid J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution.
• Admission to the Illinois Bar.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
