Duties

• Represent sponsors, developers, and investors in energy transactions.
• Engage in project finance and tax equity transactions.
• Negotiate material project agreements such as PPA, EPC, and O&M.
• Manage complex transactions with strong analytical skills.
• Interact with clients and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Admitted to practice law in the local jurisdiction.
• Prior law firm experience required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex transactions effectively.
