Director Of Marketing & Business Development
The candidate will serve as a strategic business development resource for the firm's key practices to further business development, marketing strategies, and action plans. Work closely with firm leadership to identify business opportunities, target markets, and clients. Direct and implement F3's branding, advertising, and promotional activities. Lead communication campaigns and marketing plans that include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and multimedia. Maintain knowledge of trends, developments, and emerging services in the legal and education industries. Collaborate, participate in, and coordinate firm-sponsored meetings, conferences, and trade shows. Oversee and assist with developing proposals, bids, and responses describing the firm's services to prospective clients. Collaborate with attorneys on thought leadership content, attorney speaking engagements, presentations, marketing, and more. Perform other related duties as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a similar field. Must have 7+ years of experience leading marketing or business development teams. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with communications technologies. Advanced verbal, written, and copy editing, proofreading, presentation, and public speaking skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism. Team player/collaborative management style and the ability to motivate staff to produce high-level, brand-driven content. Excellent organizational skills and experience with project management. Must be proficient in social media, website content, and design. Travel between the firm’s offices and sponsored events is required.
