Real Estate Transactions and Finance Associate
The candidate must have 3 years of broad relevant experience, including acquisitions, dispositions; exchanges, ground leasing, commercial leasing, financing, construction, development, joint ventures, secured loans, and workouts. Should have demonstrated experience in negotiating and drafting closing purchase and sale agreements, commercial and ground leases and subleases, development agreements, construction contracts, property management agreements, and other real estate transaction documents; Joint venture and project finance experience is a plus; excellent writing, research, and communication skills; Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice; team-oriented attitude with an emphasis on collaboration. Must be a self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple, diverse projects in a fast-paced environment; effective and efficient problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and proactively with confidence.
