A law firm seeks an experienced attorney to join their Employee Benefits Practice Group in either Connecticut or Boston, with the flexibility to work remotely two days per week.

Duties

• Work with qualified and nonqualified plans, and executive compensation.
• Draft plan documents and amendments.
• Address complex benefits issues in corporate transactions.
• Advise clients on ERISA, qualified pension and 401k plans, 403B, and health and welfare plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of employee benefits experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent writing ability.

Education

• Top academic credentials required.

Certifications

• Relevant legal certifications preferred.

Skills

• Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Ability to handle complex legal issues.
