Duties

• Handle sophisticated real estate finance transactions with a focus on lending.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate finance.
• Collaborate with financial institutions, including balance sheet bank lending operations.
• Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients.
• Manage client interactions to ensure professional and responsive communication.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for all legal processes.

Requirements

• 3-8 years of experience in a law firm environment handling real estate finance.
• Proficiency in managing and negotiating complex real estate lending transactions.
• Familiarity with balance sheet bank lending practices is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (preferably Washington, DC).

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the relevant State Bar Association.
