• Appear at hearings and related proceedings as necessary.
• Work closely with support staff to ensure deadlines and procedural requirements are met.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Bar license in good standing.
• Experience in consumer litigation or Lemon Law preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage a full caseload.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
