Foreclosure – Attorney

The candidate will provide knowledge and experience in the oversight and management of high-volume statewide foreclosure matters. Will be responsible for ensuring that all appropriate actions are taken to expedite the firm’s files. Also expected to act as a liaison between the firm and its clients, vendors, outside counsel, courts, trustees, and other foreclosure personnel. All files will be managed in accordance with applicable foreclosure rules (Federal and local) and firm-established timelines, rules, goals and objectives. Expected to become familiar with and work within the firm’s case management system to create, manage and review daily and weekly reports for exceptions and discrepancies. Review and execute various pleadings and correspondence, as well as ensure that client and firm management systems are accurately updated and maintained. Must have excellent organizational, communication, and listening skills. The ability to handle difficult/delicate issues with diplomacy and tact is required. Must be professional and ethical conduct with a positive attitude and superior work ethic. The ability to handle multiple priorities, take initiative and adapt to change is required.
